My approach

I am a master-level counselor supervisor providing quality mental health care in Kentucky and Ohio. I utilize a cognitive-behavioral and attachment theory approach viewed through the lens of the Christian faith. As a clinician that focuses on healing, I assist my clients in identifying their “hurt problem”, reframing it, and developing solutions that honor God. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, substance use, or other problems, I am able to meet your needs online or in-person.
